1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 carrot

1/2 apple

1/2 beetroot

1 slice ginger

pink salt and pepper, to taste

fresh mint leaves to garnish

Method

Blend all ingredients together in a blender and adding water as required. For a thick consistency, add less water. Add salt, pepper & lemon juice once ready. Do not strain.

Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
