salt to taste

1/4 cup bajra flour

3/4 cup grated cauliflower

1.5 tbsp chopped spring onion

2 tbsp chopped coriander

1/2 tsp ginger green chilli paste

1/4 tsp ghee

Method

Combine all the ingredients and knead a soft-smooth dough, using enough water. - Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

Roll out one portion of the dough into a circle.

Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle).

Place the roti on it and cook it using 1/4 tsp of ghee, till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides.

Serve immediately.
