1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
1/4 tsp baking powder (optional)
ghee for cooking the pancakes(1 tsp/piece)
1/4 tsp dhaniya powder
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup curd
water as required
1.5 cups bajra flour
1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilli
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp white sesame
Mix all ingredients, one after the other with the bajra flour.
Add water to make a thick batter as a pancake batter.
Make small pancakes using a tsp of ghee for each piece. Cook until golden brown.
Serve with green chutney.
