1 small beetroot(grated)
1 green chilli(finely chopped)
1/2 tsp white sesame
2 tbsp curds
60 grams wheat flour
1/4 tsp jeera whole
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp fresh coriander leaves(finely chopped)
Put all the above ingredients together
Add salt and pepper to taste
Knead into a dough by adding water as required and make small paranthas
