Dry Fruit Ladoo

Ingredients

1 cup almonds

½ cup cashews

½ cup raisins

25 black dates

5 pieces of green cardamom

1 inch cinnamon stick

1 tsp ghee

Method

First, roast all the nuts in a dry pan for 5-10 minutes on low flame.

Roast the cardamom, and cinnamon on the pan for 2 minutes.

In a mixer grinder add the roasted nuts & grind until coarse.

Separately grind the cardamom & cinnamon sticks finely, and set them aside.

Now remove the seeds from the dates, add the dates & soaked raisins in the blender, & blend until smooth.

Now in the date raisin blend add the grounded nuts, and spice powder & mix well until well incorporated.

Spread the ghee in your palms & make small laddoos with the mixture.

This can make up to 15-20 ladoos, Enjoy!
