1 bay leaf
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp oil
1/2" stick of cinnamon
1 cup boiled potato
250 g fish (boneless)
1/4 cup overnight soaked chana dal
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Take a deep bottomed pan add water, bay leaf, clove, cinnamon, salt to taste, fish and chana dal.
Boil till the fish and chana dal gets cooked.
Once done, separate the water and the whole spices and discard the latter.
You can retain the water and use it as a stock in soups.
Now in a bowl add boiled fish, cooked chana dal, boiled potatoes, and all the remaining ingredients.
Mix nicely, add salt to taste, and make small kebabs
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Pan-fry kebabs till golden brown from both sides.
