2-inch piece of ginger, finely sliced
1 tsp honey (optional)
1/2 lemon
2 cups water (500 ml)
Boil the water in a saucepan with the ginger slices for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
Turn off the burner, cover the saucepan & keep aside.
In a cup add the honey & juice of the lemon & mix well.
Pour the warm ginger water into the cup & mix well till well combined.
Enjoy it warm.
