1/4 carrot (finely chopped)

4 pods garlic (crushed)

2 green chillies (crushed)

2 tsp finely chopped coriander

pinch of mustard powder

pinch of black pepper powder

pink salt to taste

200 ml low fat hung curd

1/2 onion(finely chopped)

1/2 cucumber (finely chopped)

1/4 beetroot (finely chopped)

Method

Transfer the hung curd to a mixing bowl.

Mix well to form a creamy texture.

Now add all the other ingredients & mix it all together.
