Ingredients

1 green cardamom

1 medium sized mango (diced)

1 tsp pumpkin seeds (soaked for 4-5 hours, discard water)

1 tsp chia seeds (soaked for 4-5 hours in 1/2 katori water)

150 ml milk

Method

Blend all ingredients other than chia seeds.

Add the chia seeds once the milkshake is ready.

Serve chilled!
