7 Ingredients
2-3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped green beans
1 tsp crushed peanuts
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
Boil the green beans
In a blender, add peanuts, chopped garlic and chilli powder and grind to a coarse mixture
In a pan, add oil and pour in peanut garlic chilli mixture, and saute for 5-6 mins
Toss in the green beans and season with salt and pepper
Saute for 5-7 mins, squeeze some lime juice and serve
