2 to 3 medium fresh tomatoes
1/2 medium red onion
2 red chillies/1 green chilly
juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup chopped cilantro/coriander
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 pinch dried oregano (crumble in your fingers before adding), or more to taste
1 pinch ground cumin
Chop the tomatoes, onion and chillies into fine pieces. Add the lemon juice, oregano, ground cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the fridge and serve.
