What our members are saying

It’s a wonderful session for back pain. After starting with the classes, my back pain has comparatively reduced. The classes are effective, and I’m able to sit up right now. Each class begins with easy, moderate postures and then high-level asanas and ends with meditation which is quite relaxing. Overall I am thrilled with the classes and would like to continue in the future.

Pranesh Sujaymeendra

I had been diagnosed with PCOS & Back Pain a few years back. During the lockdown, I came across Mindhouse (now Shyft) and decided to try Yoga for the first time. They had yoga classes targeting both PCOS and Back Pain. I started with the PCOS classes first and went on to join the Back Pain classes as well. From the support team to all the yoga trainers, I have had a really good experience with everyone. The trainers are excellent; they make sure to keep in mind the injuries you have and give you modifications during the class. My back is getting better with the yoga practice, and most importantly, I am really enjoying the sessions. Overall, joining Shyft has been an excellent decision for me.

Bianca

I’ve been doing yoga for quite some time now, but Shyft is a different experience altogether. I’ve enrolled for their Back-pain classes, and I must say I love it! They have a lot of recorded sessions on their app as well, I listen to the soundtracks sometimes when I’m unable to sleep. Their support team is also extraordinary. Good going, team!
