salt to taste

pinch of mustard seeds

1/4 tsp jeera seeds

1 piece amla

1 tsp finely chopped fresh coriander

pinch of turmeric powder

4 peppercorns

3 cups water

5-6 curry leaves

1/4 tsp ghee

1 tomato

Method

Take a blender. Add pepper, amla, jeera & mustard seeds & blend well.

Now add tomato & turmeric powder & again blend into a smooth paste.

Take a saucepan. Add ghee to it. Now add the curry leaves & coriander leaves & sautee well.

Now add the tomato puree & water and mix well.

Add salt & let it boil for 4-5 minutes.

Serve hot with boiled rice or idli.
