2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
salt to taste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
250 g mutton bones
4 glasses of water
Take a pressure cooker add mutton bones, 4 glasses of water, giner, garlic paste, salt and pepper.
Pressure cook for 20 min or till 3 whistles on high flame.
Then for another 35-40 minutes on slow flame.
Once cooked garnish with green onions and coriander leaves.
