salt to taste
250 gm boneless chicken
3-4 tbsp hung curd
2 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
1 tsp white pepper powder
2-3 tbsp oats
oil for frying
Cut chicken into small cubes( not too thick).
Marinate chicken with hung curd, red chilli powder, and white pepper powder, and salt to taste overnight.
Coat each piece of marinated chicken in oats.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
Pan-fry the chicken pieces until cooked.
