2 tbsp curd

salt to taste

200 gms chicken

1 cup rice (30gms)

1 cup mix vegetables (carrots, beans, peas)

1/2 chopped tomato

1/2 chopped onion

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp jeera

1/4 tsp chili powder

1 tsp oil


Soak the rice for 30 mins. Cut chicken into small cubes.

In a pressure cooker add 1 tsp oil, once it heats add in jeera to splatter. Add in ginger garlic paste, and onions and cook until onion turns translucent.

Add in chopped tomato and the dry masalas. Cook till tomatoes turn soft.

Add in the chopped vegetables and chicken, mix in the curd and cook for 2-3 mins.

Add 1.5 cups water and salt. Pressure cook till 3 whistles.

Serve hot.
