1 cup almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup cashewnuts
1/2 cup walnuts
15 pitted black dates, chopped
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp haldi powder
1.5 tsp dry ginger powder (sonth)
pinch of black salt
In a pan dry roast the cashews, walnuts & almonds until they turn light brown and aromatic.
Cool & crush these nuts coarsely.
In a blender add the pitted dates, lemon juice, spices, and salt & blend until well combined.
Pour this date mixture into a separate pot & combine it with the crushed nuts and form 12-15 laddoos.
