1/4 tsp haldi powder
250 ml milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp ghee
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add milk to this.
Before the milk reaches a boil, add the spices & mix it well.
Boil for few seconds. Turn off the burner.
Pour it in a glass & enjoy while it's hot.
