1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1.5 cups milk
5 medjool dates
3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
2-3 cubes white mashmellows for topping
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
Soak 5 dates in 1/2 cup milk for 5 minutes.
Blend the dates along with the milk to form a smooth paste.
In a separate saucepan, add 1 cup milk, cocoa powder, and cinnamon powder along with the date paste and whisk until it combines.
Add dark chocolate chips and mix until the mixture just comes to a boil and begins to thicken
remove the saucepan from the heat and serve hot chocolate immediately.
Add cubes of marshmallows to the hot chocolate and serve hot.
