1 cup broccoli
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp olive oil
4 soaked almonds, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Trim the broccoli
Place the broccoli in a steaming basket over boiling water; cover and steam for 3 minutes
Remove the lid for a moment, then cook, partially covered, until the stems are tender-firm for another 8-10 minutes
Transfer it to a platter; season with salt and pepper, olive oil, and the lemon juice
Garnish with chopped almonds
