1/4 cup white rice
1 small chopped onion
2 to 3 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoon chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
salt and pepper as per taste
1/4 cup boiled green peas
2 tsp oil
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add onions, and cook until brown color is obtained. Add rice along with water and cook for a few minutes.
Add salt and pepper and bring it to a boil.
Cover and simmer for around 45 minutes.
In another pan, heat 1 tsp oil and add garlic, peas, and chopped methi and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove it from the heat and add lime juice.
Toss it along with cooked rice and serve hot
