9 Ingredients
1/2 cup paneer
1/2 cup beans
1/2 cup carrots
1.5 cups ground oats
1 tsp green chillies
2-3 tsps oil
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Grind oats to a coarse texture and add to a bowl with paneer, carrots, beans peas, green chillies and all the masalas.
Mix them together and till they form a dough like consistency. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Heat some oil on a pan and form small tikkis out of the oats batter to pan fry them
Once the tikkis turn golden brown from both the sides take them out and serve.
