1/4 cup roasted & crushed pistachios
1 cup de-seeded dates
pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp honey
oil for greasing
1/2 cup roasted quinoa
Coarsely grind dates in a food processor and transfer them into a bowl.
Add honey, pistachios, quinoa, and chocolate chips and mix. Add salt and mix well.
Grease a barfi tray with some oil, transfer the date-quinoa mixture into it, and level it out. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut into 1-inch thick pieces and demould. Serve.
