1/2 cup ragi flour

1/4 cup wheat flour

water to knead the flour

1/2 bunch spinach

2 cloves garlic

1 cube cheese

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp oil

salt and pepper to taste

Method

Mix the flours and knead the dough. Roll out thin wraps and cook on the tawa like roti. Keep the wraps aside.

In a pan, add oil and chopped spinach with finely chopped garlic, oregano and salt. Once the spinach is cooked, place it in the wrap and grate some cheese on top. Roll the wraps and serve hot with chutney/dip.
