2 tbsp, finely chopped mushrooms
1 tsp chopped garlic
salt to taste
2 tbsps finely chopped onions
3 tbsp, chopped capsicum
2 tbsp grated carrots
1 tbsp grated beetroot
1 tbsp finely chopped french beans
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp grated paneer(for garnishing)
1 tsp butter
2 tsp finely chopped spring onions(for garnishing)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp oil
2 whole wheat chapattis
2 sliced tomatoes (without seeds)
Heat 1 tsp butter in a saucepan. To this, add the garlic, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, tomato ketchup, vegetables, and oregano. Cook on medium heat, until the sauce has thickened (will approximately take 15 to 20 minutes). Add salt to taste. The pizza sauce is done.
In a flat heated pan, spread 1 tsp of oil evenly. Place the whole wheat chapatti & spoon this pizza sauce on it. Garnish with spring onions & paneer.
Cook this for 3-5 minutes on a low flame.
