3 pods garlic
100 grams deboned chicken(boiled)
1 celery leaf(finely chopped)
1 tsp chopped coriander
1 egg white
1/4 tsp olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste
Shred the boiled chicken.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add finely chopped garlic.
Do not let it brown, then add a bowl of water.
To this, add the coriander and celery.
Now add the chicken, and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Finally, add the egg white, salt and pepper to taste.
