12 Ingredients


2 tbsp peanuts

2 tbsp chopped spring onion

2 tbsp fried onion

2 tbsp fried garlic

1-2 lemon wedges

3-4 tsp oil

200 gms chicken

1 tsp chili flakes

1 packet whole wheat noodles

2 cup coconut milk (400ml)

2 tbsp yellow curry paste

1 cup vegetables of choice (carrots, beans, broccoli, baby corn)


Cut chicken into small cubes and boil, keep aside. Cut vegetables in cubes and keep aside. Boil noodles as per the instructions on packet and keep aside. In a large pot, heat some oil, add the curry paste and saute for 5 mins. Add the vegetables and chicken and cook for another 2 mins. Stir in the coconut milk, cover and cook for 15 mins.

Serve the noodles and curry hot. Garlic, fried onion, chili flakes, spring onion, lemon and peanuts can be served as accompaniments and topped on the noodles and curry as per taste.
