½ cup low-fat milk or ½ cup vegetable broth
½ cup whole wheat pasta boiled
½ cup boiled mixed vegetables (carrots, french beans, cauliflower any seasonal vegetables)
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp oregano flakes
salt to taste
1 tsp oil/1 tsp butter
In a blender add the boiled mixed vegetables, milk/ broth, and salt & blend until smooth.
In a pan add the oil/butter, heat it up, then add the vegetable blend & cook until it thickens, add the boiled pasta, & a dash of pasta water.
Cook until the pasta is well coated with the blend & add the black pepper powder, and oregano & mix well.
Your creamy vegetable pasta is ready. Enjoy!
