1 cup peas
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
pinch of hing
1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
salt & pepper, to taste
15 almonds, cut into slivers
Boil the peas for 2-3 minutes
Drain peas and pat dry with a paper towel
Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil
Season with salt, pepper & hing and squeeze in some lemon
Toss peas with spinach and almonds and enjoy
