1 katori overnight soaked kala chana
1/2 katori overnight soaked rice
1 inch ginger cube
4-5 garlic cloves
1 katori finely coriander leaves
1 whole lemon (juice)
1/4 tsp oil
1-2 green chilies (optional)
Blend all of the above ingredients into a smooth paste, and add water to achieve a thick consistency. Pan fry in a pancake/ dosa-like manner with 1/4 tsp oil.
