lehsuni bajra roti
A comforting winter flatbread blending bajra flour with roasted garlic, perfect for a cozy seasonal treat.

13 Ingredients
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
water - for kneading
1 tsp ghee for each roti
2 tbsps whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1 cup bajra flour
1/4 cup besan
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh green garlic (hara lehsun)
2 tbsps finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 crushed green chilli
In a mixing bowl, add the bajra flour, besan, wheat flour, green garlic, fresh coriander, jeera powder, dhania powder, red chilli powder, crushed green chilli, white sesame seeds, and salt. Mix well.
Adding water little by little, knead into a soft dough.
Cover & allow to rest for 20-25 minutes.
Now divide the dough into equal balls.
Roll lightly with the rolling pin. Do not add too much pressure otherwise the dough will crumble.
Now keep flipping the sides until both sides of the roti are lightly brown.
Brush ghee on both sides & cook until golden brown
