to cook: 7-8 curry leaves, 2 tsp oil
250 gm boneless chicken cubed
for marination: 1 whole egg (whipped nicely), 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 grated green chilli (optional), 2-3 crushed garlic pearls, 1/4 tsp white pepper powder, 2 tsp coconut cream, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, salt to taste
Marinate chicken with ingredients mentioned in the section on marination for 5-6 hours.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
Add curry leaves and then add the marinated chicken.
Initially stir fry them for 3-4 minutes on high flame and then cook them with a covered lid for 20-25 min or until cooked on low flame.
Do not add water( the chicken will leave its own water & cook in it).
