1 tbsp custard powder

500g muskmelon diced

1 liter milk

Method

In a kadhai boil the milk until it is reduced to 1/3rd.

Blend the muskmelons until smooth.

Now in a pan pour this muskmelon mixture & reduce it down until most of the water is evaporated & the mixture is thickened.

Add the thickened & reduced milk to this muskmelon mixture and cook on low heat for a couple of minutes.

In some water add the custard powder & add this slurry to the prepared muskmelon mixture.

Sieve this mixture through a strainer until it's not lumpy.

Let it cool down completely & pour it into kulfi molds.

Freeze for 6-8 hours, or until frozen before serving.
