quinoa curd tadka
A healthy Indian style quinoa recipe made with curd and garnished with yummy tadka.

10 Ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa
2 cups water
few drops oil
2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
4-5 curry leaves
1 finely chopped green chilli
1/4 tsp jeera seeds
2 pinches turmeric powder
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 cup curd
Wash and soak the quinoa for 2 hours
Pressure cook the quinoa and keep aside
To a pan, add oil, coriander and curry leaves
Now add jeera and mustard seeds
Add turmeric and switch off the flame
Add the curd tadka to the quinoa and mix well
