salt to taste
3 tsp butter
4 tbsp milk
Break in the eggs in a bowl. Whisk well.
Heat 2 tsp butter in a nonstick pan on medium flame.
Add the eggs while stirring continuously.
Add salt to taste & freshly ground peppercorns.
Add 1 tsp butter. Mix well. Cook on low heat for another minute.
Add the milk to enhance the creaminess.
Turn off the flame after another minute.
