13 Ingredients


1 tbsp crushed peanuts

1 tsp finely chopped garlic

1 green chilli (finely chopped)

1/4 tsp sesame seeds

salt to taste

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp black pepper powder

250 gm boneless chicken (cubed)

2 big capsicum (diced)

1 cup diced button mushroom (optional)

1 whole carrot (diced)

1/2 cup green beans (chopped)


Marinate chicken in lemon juice, black pepper, and salt to taste, keep it aside for 2 hours.

Take a non-stick pan. Heat oil & add green chilies and garlic, stir fry until they turn golden brown then add sesame seeds and crushed peanuts. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add marinated chicken, and saute the pieces on medium to high flame for 5-7 minutes. Lower the flame & cover the pan with a lid.

Cook until chicken is soft & tender.

Now add the beans & carrot & cook for another 5-7 minutes (until both are cooked)

Add capsicum, mushrooms & salt to taste.

Mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
