half a banana
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
4-5 jamun
1 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp flax seeds
5-6 almonds
Remove the seeds of jamun and cut them in small pieces.
In a food processor, add jamun, banana plain yogurt and blend them together to make a smooth puree.
Chop the almonds and add them along with pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, rolled oats into the smoothie bowl.
Serve chilled.
