pinch of black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 chopped tsp coriander leaves
1/8 tsp jeera powder
1/4 cup curd
1/4 cup roasted makhana
salt to taste
Take 1/4th cup of curd in a bowl. Beat well.
Add the makhanas, chia seeds, salt, jeera powder, and black pepper powder.
Mix well and garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve cold.
