salt to taste
1 tsp ghee
200 grams breast piece chicken
2 tsp curd
1/4 tsp pepper powder
4 tsp finely chopped fresh coriander
1/4 tsp jeera powder
1/4 tsp dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice( to add at the end)
Steam/ pressure cook the breast piece for 3 minutes
Let it cool & cut into pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the spice powders with curd & chopped coriander leaves. Apply this batter to the chicken pieces.
Heat a tawa, add the ghee & then the chicken pieces. Allow to roast until well cooked & golden brown.
Drizzle the lemon juice before serving hot.
