salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ghee
1 slice of whole wheat bread
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1/4 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
Take a slice of bread, and scoop out the middle section of bread in such a way that the brown borders of the bread remain intact and joined. Keep the square scooped-out slice without the border aside.
Now, whisk the egg with salt, pepper, and milk.
Heat a pan, and place a slice on the pan. Add 1/4 tsp ghee in middle, pour the egg batter, and top it with finely chopped onions and tomatoes, and capsicum. Take the scooped slice, place it on the top, and with a brush spread the egg batter evenly on top.
Once cooked, flip it and cook till golden brown on both sides.
Your pizza bread is ready.
