1 cup milk
250 gm chicken wings
3 glasses of water
salt and pepper
2 tbsp oats flour
In a pressure cooker, add chicken wings and 2 glasses of water. Pressure cook for 30 minutes or until cooked.
Once done, remove the wings, debone them, and add the chicken back
in the chicken stalk.
Now in a cup make a lump-free slurry of oats flour and milk.
Heat a deep-bottomed pan, transfer stock with chicken in it & keep to a boil.
Once it comes to a boil add the slurry in it while continuously stirring.
Lastly add 1 glass of water, salt, and pepper and boil it for another 15 minutes.
The soup is ready to be served.
Note - feel free to add corn/sprouts/ sliced mushrooms on top; if you wish to!
